The Littlest Brawl
Spike debuts show for people who would enjoy wrestling if it was just less tall
For those of you who have been longing for a regular dose of Jackass for the past, well, 10 years, there's finally a potential, albiet smaller, replacement: Spike's new midget wrestling show Half Pint Brawlers. Winning much buzz for their wanton disregard for their own well-being, the tiny wrestlers make a bold statement for equality, triumphantly proving that
little people can indeed be just as stupid as big people.
Airing Wednesdays at 11 pm on Spike, the reality show focuses on a tight-knit group of diminuative daredevils lead by Puppet the Psycho Dwarf, a 4-foot-4 former actor who is not actually a puppet but may in fact be psycho. It follows the crew on their journeys through the bars and clubs that make up the rugged underground wrestling scene, documenting the various ways they attempt to hurt themselves both in and out of the ring. Those actions include, but are not limited to, drinking excessively, forcibly shaving each other's pubes, jumping over animals on mopeds and letting strangers staple gun their scrotums.
Oh, and if you want more crazy little person action, may we also recommend The Littlest Chocalatiers on TLC. Check it out, those guys are both tiny and they make chocolate! Insane!
