It’s George!

He’s the only Angry Bird to ever have a name!

"The only bird ever to have had a name was George, a distant relative of the current red bird, back in the day when Angry Birds was still in the concept stage," explains Chief Operating Officer Niklas Hed of Rovio, the Finland-based company that created the Angry Birds iPhone game. "The bird names were dropped early on, since we wanted to let the players themselves author the story around the birds and about the bird characters."
