GO TEAM VENTURE!

For Venture Bros. fans, the wait is finally over – let there be toys!

It’s a question every fan of Adult Swim’s runaway hit The Venture Bros. has muttered to themselves at one point or another—how can a show that’s absolutely drenched in geek culture references not have a line of action figures? Well, fellow Venture-ites, our long plastic-less nightmare has finally come to an end, thanks to Bif Bang Pow! (the folks behind those tremendous Big Lebowski toys).

“I've been watching the show from the start, and always thought it was the smartest, funniest thing on television,” said BBP! CEO Jason Lenzi. “The creators obviously have a love for all things pop culture and toy-related, so it seemed like a natural fit.”

Lenzi remained tight-lipped as to which characters will join the initial wave of Dr. Venture, Brock Sampson, Hank and Dean Venture and The Monarch, but in addition to a series of long-overdue action figures, BBP! will also serve up a set of Venture Bros. bobbleheads (for all you Dwight Schrute’s out there).

“The plan is for an initial group of three [bobbleheads]: Brock, Hank and Dean,” said Lenzi. And as for the action figures, “We'll be starting with more iconic characters, since virtually nothing's ever been done for the show. But there will be variants of established characters soon.”
